are subject to the following terms and conditions.

www.gamesindoors.co.uk and its logo(s) are owned by Edwards Enterprises. Images and information on this website are not to be used without written permission from Edwards Enterprises. Images and information not owned by Edwards Enterprises are not included and remain the property of their respective companies.
2. General
All orders accepted by www.gamesindoors.co.uk are subject to the terms and conditions. All information on this website is subject to change by Edwards Enterprises without any prior notice. All images are intended to give a general idea of the product(s) and specifications may vary slightly. All products are subject to availability. All products remain the property of Edwards Enterprises until full payment has been received.
3. Payments
Payments can be made by cheque or credit/debit card. Orders by cheque are subject to clearance before delivery. We refuse the right to refuse credit card transactions.
4. Delivery
The delivery times are approximate and based on those supplied by the manufacturer. As a company we do our best to deliver within the time frames stated on our website, however we cannot be held responsible for deliveries that are not made within the stated time. When a day or date is specifically stated for a special delivery and further payment is accepted, Edwards Enterprises will accept this and a full refund will be given if requested.
5. Privacy and Security Policy
All details received and/or used by Edwards Enterprises and gamesindoors.co.uk will be used for their respective orders only. No information will be passed on to third parties unless necessary, for example credit card details will be passed on to the credit card gateway company to process the transaction. Credit card details are not recorded or stored by Edwards Enterprises . E-mail addresses and other information will not be used for marketing, advertising or any other purpose unless requested by the customer. The customer may withold any information not required for the sale. The above terms are in addition to those provided by Edwards Enterprises. If you feel that any information you have provided www.gamesindoors.co.uk and Edwards Enterprises has been misused or past on to an unauthorised third party/company please contact us as soon as possible and we will investigate the claims made and provide full cooperation until the situation is resolved.
6. Returns / Warranties
www.gamesindoors.co.uk and Edwards Enterprises will abide by the guarantees and warranties provided by the manufacturer of the products. Claims and refunds need to be received within 10 days of receiving goods. Claims and refunds will only be settled when the faulty product has been returned and the nature of the fault has been clearly stated. All returned/faulty goods must be in complete order and include all accessories and packaging as received by the customer.
7. Your Right of Cancellation (Distance Selling Regulations 2000)
You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 7 working days after you receive the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to the Supplier by letter or by e-mail (sales@gamesindoors.co.uk), giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. Notification by phone is not sufficient. If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to the Supplier at your own cost. The goods must be returned to the address that will be supplied to you upon notification of cancellation. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. Once you have notified the Supplier that you are cancelling the contract, the Supplier will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. If you do not return the goods as required, the Supplier may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods. You do not have the right to cancel the contract if the order is for any product that has been customised to your individual requirements.
